United India Insurance Company Limited (UIIC) के द्वारा निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडो को पूरा करना होगा जो निम्नलिखित है|

Administrative Officer (Scale I) Generalists	The minimum Educational Qualification required is Graduate Degree/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST Category) in either of the degree examination
Risk Management	B.E./B.Tech. in any discipline with min 60% (55% for SC/ST) And Post Graduation in Risk Management / PGDM in Risk Management (or) M.E./M.Tech in any discipline And Post Graduation in Risk Management / PGDM in Risk Management
Finance and Investment	Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) or B.Com. with 60% marks (55% for SC / ST category) from a recognized University or M.Com. from a recognized University
Automobile Engineer	BE / B.Tech in Automobile Engineering with 60% Marks (SC/ST 55% Marks) OR ME / M.Tech in Automobile Engineering
Chemical Engineers / Mechatronics Engineers	BE / B.Tech in Mechatronics / Chemical Engineering with 60% Marks (SC/ST 55% Marks) OR M.Tech / ME in Mechatronics / Chemical Engineering.
